A large-scale production base includes operational and under-construction warehouse facilities with the possibility of phased expansion. The new warehouse project consists of 5 blocks with a total area of 7,492 sq.m., implemented in stages.
📦 New Warehouse Blocks
All blocks are single-story, hangar-type buildings with rectangular geometry and a modular structure. This format allows independent operation and unloading of each section.
A refrigerated warehouse with a temperature range of 0..+8°C and a total area of 2,985 sq.m. is already operational:
- Block A – 1,415 sq.m.
- Block B – 1,570 sq.m.
Administrative and mezzanine area – 856.3 sq.m.:
- Block A – 2 levels, 4.5 m height
- Block B – 3 levels with functional zoning for technical rooms, storage, locker rooms, offices, server room, and security
Technical Parameters:
- Working height – 12 m, ridge height – 15.2 m
- Floor elevation – 1.2 m
- Floor load capacity – 6 t/sq.m.
Blocks V (1,459 sq.m.), G (1,632 sq.m.), and D (1,416 sq.m.) are designed as multi-temperature solutions and can be implemented as a BTS (Built-to-Suit) project according to tenant requirements. These blocks do not include mezzanines. Additional expansion of the complex is possible based on specific requests.

- Private railway siding and covered rail platform adjacent to the warehouses, enabling direct unloading into the buildings
- Own shunting locomotives and railway cargo handling services
The facility is a large-scale logistics hub with the capacity for multimodal cargo handling and future expansion to meet the needs of industrial and commercial companies.
