🚆 General Overview of the Transport & Logistics Center
A large-scale transport and logistics center is located on a 51.2 ha site, featuring well-developed railway and warehouse infrastructure. The total railway track length is 15 km, including 8 km currently operational and 7 km planned as part of the development project.
The complex has a handling capacity exceeding 100,000 TEU per year. Simultaneous storage capacity exceeds 8,000 TEU. The facility has direct access to station tracks and a loading/unloading front for up to 80 standard railcars.
📦 Terminal and Warehouse Infrastructure
- Container terminal
- Warehouse infrastructure – 44,000 m²
- Customs warehouse – 6,450 m²
- Reefer container connection and servicing area
- Bulk cargo handling terminal with capacity exceeding 500,000 tons per year
- Cross-docking zone
- Storage areas for wheeled and oversized equipment
- Ramps for loading and unloading passenger vehicles from specialized railcars
🏭 Industrial Zone
The project includes 30 ha of land designated for export-oriented industrial production facilities with access to engineering and transport infrastructure. Potential industries include agricultural processing, compound feed production, oilseed and grain processing, production and packaging of mineral fertilizers, and other industrial projects.

- Modernization and development of the railway marshalling yard
The facility is designed to become a multimodal logistics hub integrating container, warehouse, and industrial infrastructure.
