The warehouse is equipped with 15 dock doors, 11 of which are automated. It also includes two mezzanine levels with a total area of 800 sq.m., suitable for office space, modular cold and/or freezer rooms, as well as mezzanine structures for small-item storage.
The facility has a railway spur accommodating up to 10 railcars, equipped with a loading ramp, with a total length of 205 meters and 6 rail gates.
A WMS (Warehouse Management System) Logareon E5 is implemented at the site. The dispatch (expedition) area covers 1,000 sq.m.
