Light Industrial Park in Almaty – Phase I Construction

A large-scale project for the construction of a trade and logistics center with a total area of 160,000 sq.m and a development horizon of 15–20 years is being implemented in Almaty.

Phase I involves the construction of the first block with an area of 25,100 sq.m, of which:

• 20,000 sq.m – dry warehouse
• 3,600 sq.m + 1,500 sq.m – freezer chambers
• Minimum lease area – 1,100–1,300 sq.m

Planned commissioning – July–August 2026.
Property class – Light Industrial.

The 20,000 sq.m block provides division into 16 separate sections of 1,100–1,300 sq.m each. Each section includes:

• 150–170 sq.m mezzanine (mezzanine / administrative and business complex)
• 3 separate gates: for Euro trucks, light vehicles, and a ramp for forklifts

The project is aimed at 16 Light Industrial format residents with a production component, with planned lease agreements of 5–7 years.

Power supply – 4 MW, of which 1.3 MW is allocated for freezer capacity (expandable).

As part of the project development, adjacent land plots are being purchased (2 plots of 1.5 ha each), and negotiations are underway to expand by another 8 ha within 2–3 years. A separate administrative and business building is planned for commissioning in March 2027.

Total investment in the first block – 16–19 billion KZT.

The project forms a modern Light Industrial cluster within the structure of the future Almaty TLC.
